My review on Nivea Whitening Sensitive Deodorant:
Let me start by a confession here. Nivea Whitening Sensitive Deodorant is the first ever deodorant I’ve tried in my life. I somehow was never fascinated by the idea of a deo and would always stick by a body mist followed by a perfume. I do suffer from dark underarms and hence has high hopes with this one.
Nivea Whitening Sensitive Deodorant comes in a tall, white metal bottle which is not easy to carry around. Not that I want to carry around my deodorant, just saying. I like the refreshing scent which is soothing and lingers around for god 5 – 6 hours. You have to be careful while applying this deo as the formula inside is white in color and can temporary stain your clothes.
Nivea Whitening Sensitive Deodorant contains Licorice extracts that is said reduce melanin production & repair your skin to give you even toned underarms. I have been using it for over a month now and only recently started to see results. Also, I am not sure about the 48hr claim as I didn’t test it for that long. However, It does a pretty decent job of protection from perspiration during normal humid days.
[box type=”shadow” ]Overall, Nivea Whitening Sensitive Deodorant does an average job of lightening the underarms with continuous use. The smell is refreshing and lasts for 5 to 6 hours. It also helps control perspiration under normal humid climate. However, if you want instant result for your dark underarms, look for something else.
