Head & Shoulders Nourishing Winter Care Shampoo – Review

If you’re an avid reader of my blog, you’d know my love for Head & Shoulders shampoo. I used to use it at least twice a month along with my regular shampoo to keep dandruff away. However, the new version of ‘ not only helps with my dandruff but also makes my hair soft & frizz free.

My Review on Head & Shoulders Nourishing Winter Care Shampoo:

Head & Shoulders Nourishing Winter Care Shampoo comes in their patent white bottle with blue cap & slight curve at the end. The only alteration is that this variant has Kareena Kapoor on the front along with some snow flakes. It’s a winter variant so there has to be snow flakes, duh! The cap fits securely to avoid any leakage. Also, the opening lets me control the amount of product to be dispensed.

I LOVE love the texture of Head & Shoulder shampoo and this one is no different from the rest. It is rich & creamy like a thick white body lotion and goes on effortless on my tresses. It  has a very pleasant floral scent which lingers even after the hair is washed. The shampoo lathers very well and is easy to rinse off.

After testing it for a month, I can officially say that this is the only shampoo I’ve tried so far which really helps in controlling my frizz. And yes, even in winter. Apart from taking care of my frizz, it also helps in keeping my scalp away from dandruff. It also makes my hair soft, smooth and manageable all day along and even the next day. 😉 Since my hair is chemically treated and very dry, I do use it along with Head & Shoulders Smooth & Silky Conditioner to added that extra moisture to my tresses. But if you’ve an oily scalp, you can definitely skip the conditioner because the shampoo alone would provide you everything you need.
