My review on Lakme Absolute Face Stylist Compact ’03 Golden Medium’:

Lakme Absolute Face Stylist Compact undeniably looks very stylish! It comes in a round moulded flat compressed compact. The compact case is opaque black in color with the insignia on the front & product information printed on the back. It also comes with a sponge applicator & a mirror (great for touch-ups). Although the mirror is sturdy and doesn’t make the case hefty, I find the sponge to be very lanky for the application. Overall, the packaging is stylish, sturdy & travel friendly.

The texture is soft & silky. The powder is jet-milled which makes it lightweight & easy to blend on the skin. It doesn’t look heavy or cake-y on application nor does it clogs pore or leaves my skin looking patchy. Lakme Absolute Face Stylist Compact also does a nice job to set the foundation. It has a familiar mild powder-y fragrance which disappears within minutes of application.

Lakme Absolute Face Stylist Compact comes in 6 different shades which compliments the corresponding foundations shades. The shade 03 Golden Medium I received is pure matte with warm undertones. The pigmentation is light-medium which evens out my skin and helps secrete minor blemishes and spots.

My skin is combination with an oily t-zone & dry cheeks. It helps to control the oil on my t-zone & keeps it matte without accentuating my dry cheeks. The staying power of Lakme Absolute Face Stylist Compact is amazing! It keeps my T-zone oil free for about 6-7 hours which later desires a light touch up. Still, it doesn’t meet the claim of 16 hours stay.
