Description:
Steal the secret to those twinkling eyes with a gel based liner infused with micro-fine glitter particles. This rich sparkle liner lets you line, layer or blend without smudging or spreading. The gel based liner with a thin flexible brush glides over you eyes to contour them and give them a high shine quotient.
How to use :
Line your eyes in one single stroke on the upper lid from the inner side of the eye to the outer side. Let it dry. If needed, line your lower lid from the outer edge, tapering to the inner corner of the eye.

I am sure all of you would know by know that Lakme is one of my top favorite brand. When the Lakme Fantasy collection was launched, without thinking twice I had to order this liner. It was actually a bit difficult to chose from stunning 8 shades which includes Midnight Moon, Moonshine Topcoat, Pink Crystal, Bronze Melt, Astral Green, Glimmer Blue, Mystic Mauve and Indigo Star. Any guesses which one I picked ? Yes, the Glimmer Blue ! BTW, I love the why Lakme has given the fancy name to the color.
The Lakme fantasy shimmer liners comes in a small and sleek with a long, gold top bottle similar to their normal eyeliners. The bottle is see through so you can the color. It comes with a felt tip applicator which makes the application super precise yet easy.
The Glimmer Blue color is a true blue color with fine shimmer which isn’t OTT. The color is gel based and very pigmented even with the shimmer and glides on smoothly. The texture is good and didn’t irritate my eyes, trust me I have very sensitive eyes. It lasted on me for over 6 hours, I stopped counting after that. 😛 I am guessing its not waterproof as it came out easily with water however it doesn’t smudge. I have layered it on top of a black liner on my EOTD.
