My review :

I have always been loyal TO Lakme’s nail polish. Lakme True Wear Color Crush didn’t disappoint me with this color. Lakme True Wear Color Crush comes is a similar packaging as the normal True Wear range but with a glossy silver cap instead. The brush is of nice quality which is important for a nice finish. It comes in 25 gorgeous shades and choosing one is a difficult task.

I had order this color online and had no idea how it would turn out. The worst part about online shopping is that they look so different in pics than in real. For a change, I liked this shade more in real than it looks on the website. It is a GORGEOUS gold shade with a hint of green I suppose. (I am poor in explaining colors ) 😛 I am in LOVE with this shade. The nail paint provides a great finish and 2 coats are enough to get the best color.

When applied, I think it dried within 5 mins. The consistency is just perfect and glides on easily. It also has a very mild smell of nail paint but nothing overwhelming. I also love the fact that it lasts for a week without top coat. It doesn’t even chip easily. Amazing right ? Also, the quality of the paint is better than some other nail paint in the market. The only complaint I have is with the numbeing pattern. I hope Lakme starts naming their nail paints.

Overall, I am in love with this color  nail polish and would try other colors from this collection.

Why I liked it ?

  • Great shades to choose from.
  • Easily available.
  • Colors are vibrant and funky.
  • Long lasting.
  • Inexpensive.
  • It has shimmer and matte nail paints.

Why I didn’t like it ?

  • I wish Lakme starts naming their colors instead of numbering them.

Rating :

Lakme True Wear Color Crush comes in 25 shades and is available for 125 INR.

Have you tried Lakme True Wear Color Crush ? Which is your favorite shade ?Love,Hina. xx

  1. I’m digging gold nail polishes right now and i don’t know why! 😀 But i have stopped buying lakme nail polishes as i find them goo-y and they dry sooo soon 🙁 Had bottles which dry in the bottom part 🙁 Such a waste

    • Same here.. I am in love with Gold nail polish and eye liners. 😛 Oh ! Sorry to know about your nail polish. Mine never lasts that long to dry only. 😉

  2. That gold is so pretty! I’ve got a similar one from Barry M which is pretty good. I’ve not heard of Lakme before, might have to take a look online ^_^
