If you follow me on Instagram, you’d know about the event I attended for the launch of Livon Moroccan Silk Serum. I have been using this Serum since then and I think it does a pretty good job.

Livon Moroccan Silk Serum:

New Livon Moroccan Silk Serum has a special blend of conditioning agents that coat every strand of hair making it easy to comb through. This results in effortless detangling of hair and prevents its breakage so that you get the beauty of smooth, silky, free flowing hair.

Benefits of Moroccan Argan Oil:

 • Softens thick unmanageable hair
 • Restores shine and softness to dull, lifeless hair
 • Strengthens brittle hair
 • Heals and nourishes hair damaged by coloring and styling
 • Protects against UV damage and other environmental factors

My Review On Livon Moroccan Silk Serum:

Due to the humid climate in Mumbai, my hair has become dry & frizzy. I don’t remember a single day when I haven’t applied either a leave in conditioner or serum after a hair wash. I recently started using Livon Moroccan Silk Serum and it definitely met my list of expectation from a hair serum.

Livon Moroccan Silk Serum comes in a very cute & handy bottle with pink hues & a transparent cap. The pump dispenser is attached to the bottle which is pretty decent too. The bottle itself is very light weight & compact which makes it travel friendly & easy to carry around.

Livon Moroccan Silk Serum is a clear fluid like most other serums in the market. The consistency is extremely light weight & doesn’t feel sticky at all! It also has a very mild fragrance which I find very soothing. As per the instructions on the bottle, it is best to use the serum on towel dried hair. I have used it on both, towel dried & dry hair and it works equally good. I take only three to four pumps and apply it evenly on my hair whilst concentrating on the ends. Make sure to not apply it on the scalp otherwise your hair may just fall flat.

Now, this serum also has UV Filter which I find very interesting. According to researches, products with UV filters protects your hair from Sun damage & help prevent protien breakdown due to sum damage. It is also useful for people who have colored their hair, as sun exposure can lead to color fading. Interesting, isn’t it? It also has the goodness of Argan Oil & Vitamin E for extra nourishment & care.

Livon Moroccan Silk Serum instantly makes my hair super smooth & manageable. I love the instant shine it delivers to my tresses. I have noticed my hair being less frizzy and more silky whenever I use this. I haven’t noticed any difference in my brittle ends though. My friend has extremely dry hair & when she tried it on her, the results weren’t as impressive. So I am guessing it is not the ultimate product for extremely dry / frizzy hair.

[box type=”shadow” ]Overall, I am very pleased with the Livon Moroccan Silk Serum. It makes me hair soft, smooth & manageable while keeping the frizz away. Additionally, it also helps to tame fly-aways & add some instant shine to my mane. The packaging & fragrance deserves extra brownie points. It works nicely on normal to a bit dry hair but those with extremely dry / frizzy hair might not find it working for them.

Livon Moroccan Silk Serum is priced at Rs.259 for a regular pack Rs.149 for trial pack.[/box]
