I had been on hunt for my PERFECT lipstick for a while and my search ended on Lotus Herbals Pure Colors Lipstick in Carnation.

My thoughts :

Lotus herbals Pure Color Lipstick in Carnation is like a very pretty combination of peach, orange and pink. I think it looks different on different people. I have pigment lips so I get that beautiful orangy peach color where in my friend whose lips aren’t pigment get this stunning pinkish peach color. This shade will flatter all skin tones and it will brighten the face. I religiously use it EVERYDAY. Its my perfect lipstick to wear for work.

It comes in a Cream and Gold packaging. The lipstick is moisturizing and creamy which slides on my lips like butter but people with extremely dry lips may have to use lip balm before application. The formula is very light weight which makes it comfortable for everyday wear.  It is also very highly pigment and a single swipe gives and even and intense coat. It has a very mild fragrance which I kind of like.

Now the best part, it is one product that lasted for 4 hours on my lips. For some reason, other lipstick always vanishes in 2-3 hours but this one didn’t. I left for work wearing this lipstick and had my meal but it was still there. It started fading after 4 hours but the fading was even unlike other lipstick and it left a soft peachy tint. Also, it is 100% vegetarian.

Overall, I think it’s a pretty amazing lipstick. I would recommend it to everyone who is looking for a bright everyday lipstick which will brighten your face.
