My Review :

I am a SPA fanatic and when I was asked for a complimentary therapy, I couldn’t say anything except YES ! They have four branches of TFFS in Pune and I choose to go to the Aundh Branch. In all four cases, you would never be troubled to locate the spa.

My appointment was booked for 4.30 pm and I reached at 5 pm due to traffic. I was worried thinking they might cancel my appointment because they are usually full during evening. Upon arrival, the receptionist took my details and asked about the treatment I wish to proceed with. I was glad that they didn’t cancel my appointment and were waiting for me instead. 🙂

The overall ambiance of the spa is extremely pleasing with warmly scented candles and warm lights. I particularly liked the spacious named treatment rooms like (Peaceful, Energising, Calming, Tranquillity, Serene, Uplifting, and Soothing) and comfortable sofas provided to relax in while awaiting your treatment.

I was in a dilemma about the therapy and finally settled on a ‘Aromatheraphy – Swedish massage’ with the help of the receptionist. The doctor, unfortunately, was on leave that particular day. I was then introduced to my beauty therapist who was very kind and escorted me to the treatment room. The treatment room was no exception with the amazing aroma of candles, a warm lit room, cold A/C and a personal shower inside every treatment room. I loved that they provided disposable undergarments to every client. Hygenic ! I then embarked nearly 1 hour of sheer bliss.

The therapist was constantly checking if the pressure was fine with me. I must admit, she was really doing an amazing job. I felt relaxed and moisturized all over. I think it’s probably the first time I nearly fell asleep during a Spa session, maybe because of the calming aroma. After the treatment, I was given my time to take the shower. The hot water shower felt like a cherry on the top. I hadn’t felt so relaxed for the longest time now. Post shower, I was provided with a cup of green tea.

The next day, I noticed the back / shoulder ache I was experiencing due to working on laptop almost 14 hours felt a lot better. Overall, It was utter bliss and probably the best spa session I’ve experienced and very affordable too. 🙂 You can check the therapies offered and rate care on their website here. You should definitely indulge sometime. 🙂
